I have been so woefully remiss in introducing the newest member of our family. Desi is our little rescue puppy – he was scheduled to be euthanized and when we heard about it, we knew he was meant to be ours.(And when I say "little", that is a relative term when it comes to Desi.) So we went to a neighboring town to give him a forever home. He’s a husky mix and growing at a rapid rate. He has such a sweet personality and is a real love. So, here’s Desi….
He and Lucy (our Basset Hound) are good buddies. Here’s Lucy…

Yeah, we’re over that, LOL.
They both are allowed on the furniture, though Lucy only likes to be up by herself, LOL. Desi only gets up if we’re there too. Weird dogs.
One more comment: Love how you let Lucy get on the couch.
We are firm believers of having your pets be part of the family. 
Honey is on our couch all the time!!! LOL!! Her being so big…she takes up more than half of it!

I’m so glad we’ve connected again! I’m afraid Tim and I are on the verge of becoming “those crazy dog people”, LOL. We have a grown basset coming to us when her puppies are weaned. 
She is a ‘retired’ breeding mama.
